2018.6.11   更新  :   Selfridges   的退貨流程已更改，我把新流程更新在本文末。    

    上一篇英國網購文中提到的，第一次在 Selfridges 海外網購，就遇到商品損壞的狀況......曾想過試著壓平蜜粉繼續使用，但損壞實在太嚴重，考慮了一天，決定做海外退貨。



    Selfridges 隨貨會附上 Delivery Note, 英文版退貨程序說明，還有一張已經註明收件人為 Selfridges 的 DHL 寄貨單。

＊英文版退貨程序大意如下 :
Returning a selfridges.com order is easy. We 're happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of delivery - provided the itemsare returned new.In their original packafing and with any labels,tags and hygiene seals still attached. Returns that do not meet out policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.
返回selfridges.com訂單很簡單。
我們很樂意在交貨後28天內提供全額退款，前提是商品以原包裝，並含所有標籤單據退回。若未依前述辦理，退貨將不被接受。

Once we've received your items, you'll receive an acknowledgement email. We'll issue a'refund to your original payment method and in the original currency within five days. 
收到物品後，您將收到確認電子郵件。我們將在五天內以原始付款方式和原始貨幣發出“退款”。

Customs duties and sales taxes have been charged and are itemised in your account these are non-refundable.
關稅和銷售稅已經收取，並在您的帳戶中列出這些不可退款。

 一. 如何填寫 Delivery Note :

1. For the items you are returning, fill in the "Units" and  "Total Value" field which are left bland for you
    (just in case you purchased more than one of the same item)
   對於您返回的物品，請填寫“單位”和“總價值”（以防萬一您購買了同一個物品）

2. Fill out the Return Code field using one of the codes below. 
   使用以下代碼並填寫“退貨代碼”。

3. Cross out any items you are not returning.
    劃掉不必返回任何項目。

4. sign the Declaration Statement. 簽名。    



原則上就是槓掉沒有要退貨的商品，填上數量，單價，退貨原因，然後在右下方簽名(英文名)。


 
二. 填寫 DHL 寄件單 : (請全部填英文)
1. 左上角勾選 charge to : Receiver
2. Shipper 處，填上你自己的英文姓名，住址，電話。
3. Shipment details 處，填上退貨件數，重量，尺寸。
4. Full description of contents 處，填上退貨物品名稱，數量。
5. Non document shipments only 處，勾選 : Repair / Return。
    Destination duties 處，勾選 : Receiver。

6. 在 shipper's agreement 處，簽名。並填上退貨日期。
7. 把要退貨的商品仔細包裝好，打電話通知台灣 DHL 到府收件。
    台灣 DHL 電話 : 0800-769-888
    (注意 : 所有文件都不要隨貨包裝，盒子裡只裝貨物，文件要另外交給 DHL 收件外務)
 
三. 交給 DHL 外務的文件 :
      1. Delivery Note
      2. 隨貨寄來的兩張 Commercial Invoice (在空白處簽上英文名字與退貨日期)
      3. 填寫完成的 DHL 寄件單



Selfridges 在收到退貨後，會發 E-mail 通知。



    退貨確認完後，完成退款，也會發 E-mail 通知。

＊整個程序 :

8/24'2017 DHL 取件 => 8/29 Selfridges UK 收到退貨 => 8/30 收到 Selfridges 的退款通知
=> 8/30 信用卡公司收到 Selfridges 退款

    以上，退貨流程不難，退貨速度也很快。雖然退貨運費是 Selfridges 出的，但，這個貨物進台灣時的關稅，已經交給台灣海關，關稅是不能退的。還有，一買一退的海外刷卡手續費 1.5%+1.5%，等於損失了 3%，也是一筆支出。因此，除非物品真的有損壞，否則不建議退貨。 

2018.6.11   更新  :   Selfridges   的退貨流程已更改，不會再隨貨附 DHL 退貨單。目前全面使用
                                                       網路作業， 必須到 Selfridges   退貨網頁   :   點我 

                                                       點選進入後，輸入要退貨的訂單號碼   &   購買人手機號碼
                                                       末四碼，並輸入DHL   收取退貨 的詳細住址。

                                                       要特別注意的是  :   網頁雖然是中文顯示，但人名住址等項
                                                       目，必須都是英文，也就是必 須跟訂購時，訂單住址人名
                                                       相同，否則網頁會一直顯示無法處理。

                                                       輸入全部完成後，只要列印出文件，連同已簽名的 Delivery
                                                       Note   &   2   張 Commercial   Invoice    一起交給   DHL   收件
                                                      人員即可。
